Production technology and process

Sinoma fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board and fiber-cement flat sheets are prepared by selecting the most advanced, mature and large complete flow slurry production technology currently. The process flow includes the raw material preparation, board molding, stacking, pressurizing and autoclaved curing, stack removing, warehousing and other processes. The above processes are completed in the full-automatic control manner. The whole flow is grasped accurately, smoothly and efficiently. The single line has annual output of 5000000m2 (calculated with 6mm non-pressure standard plate). The product has excellent performance, good appearance quality, and wide application range.
